We are excited to invite you to a Repair Café at Tog Hackerspace on Sunday, January 19th, from 12 pm to 4 pm.
A Repair Café is a community gathering where people can bring broken items, such as appliances, clothing, or electronics, and have them repaired for free by skilled volunteers. It’s all about promoting sustainability and reducing waste by repairing and reusing items instead of discarding them.
At the event, you’ll have the chance to:
- Learn how to fix your items yourself with guidance from our volunteers, or watch and learn.
- Connect with others who share a passion for repairing, sustainability, and reducing waste.
Our enthusiastic team of skilled volunteers will be ready to help you with everything from electronics and appliances to furniture and clothing. Whether it’s a wonky toaster or a glitchy switch, we’re here to help get your items back in working order!
While you wait, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and take a tour of Tog Hackerspace. Our members will be happy to show you around!
