The October Croonerista is nearly upon us. Nights are getting longer and fires are being lit. So, what could be better these dark evenings than a warm gathering together for music, song a little chat and maybe even a dance. Let’s have our own Oktoberfest.
For the fun of it we will throw in a theme and as always it optional.
It was a time of great romances Thatcher & Regan, great rivalries Haughey & Fitzgerald, great sport Ray Houghton GOAL, great films Wall St ” greed is good”. Then the music Boy George, WHAM, Springsteen, U2, Moving Hearts, Mary Black, Poges and who could forget Adam Ant. You guessed it the 1980’S and I (Phil) will be hosting. So really looking forward to seeing you all on Friday 11th October 9.00pm lift off.
