In your minds eye, you can observe a bespectacled Jacob Rees-Mogg admonishing, in his imperious Eton English, the unmaintainable shambles of the CIE Club buildings as being clearly a case of floccinaucinihilipilification…
…and then came along the PSK!
Wow!
The Pit Stop Krew (PSK) were back in action last weekend – timber, sweep and coddle patrol.
All of these volunteers offered up their free time and skills to deliver some stunning efforts to bring back life into a nearly derelict part of the Club.
These type of herculian, manual volunteering efforts have not been seen in the estate in a long, long time.
The outputs are truly outstanding. An absolute credit to the old listed Club buildings within the CIE Works Estate.
Well done chaps. You’re playing a blinder!
